Professional Wedding Planner Florence
It was 1992 when I planned my first wedding. Obviously it was only a game: I was eleven years old and I couldn’t imagine that being a wedding planner Florence based would have become my job. My name is Sara, I was born in Florence and Tuscany is my home.
I think I always wanted to organize weddings. The journey towards becoming a wedding planner Florence has been full of experiences though. I worked in fashion and communication, I organized events for important brands around Italy. It has got to be a unique combination of pragmatism and creativity, the blend of my skills and passions, which is why it was a natural step to move into wedding planning. After collaborating for a few years with foreign agencies, I felt it was time to start a new adventure.
This is how Floé began, an enthusiastic experience based upon every “I do”!

Floé is a close-knit team of planners, designers, and coordinators with different personalities, expertises and skills, all sharing the same purpose: to take your wedding to the world of beauty and perfection as you dream and deserve.
We are fully convinced that custom-tailoring, dedication and a trust-worthy relationship make the difference. Therefore each wedding planner in our team commit to a limited number of weddings a year, no more than 15. Key for us is listening and understanding your vision and requirements. We work hard shoulder by shoulder with you and with vendors to create a jigsaw of tiny details, to discover step by step how the wedding you always imagined becomes reality.
Wedding planner Florence a childhood dreams come true
Since I was 11 years old, to organize weddings was one of my favourite games. I enjoyed inventing stories and transforming them into reality along with my friends, who were partners in crime and victims of my ambition. I have to say that after a few trials, we improved and got a certain expertise, to the point that one of these weddings was… particularly successful!
My cousin Giulia was the bride, Simona the celebrant and Elena my assistant. I was obviously the wedding planner.
I designed the bridal gown, we prepared flowers arrangements, wedding cake, stationery, we organized the photo shooting.
Our main problem was the groom: none of our friends accepted to play this role. But this certainly did not stop us!
